When you are done with choosing and defining your topic you should also precise your target group (TG). Before choosing your TG you should firstly gather some information about it in order to get to know the people you will adress, their needs and interests. Information should contain characteristics about age, gender, free time and other characteristics. 

Most important is to use this knowledge in order to appropriately plan and prepare your activities. The preparation should be simple but understandable through the use of free promo material. Everything should be planned in advance according to the needs and resources which should be one of the most vital sector you should take into consideration. Being interactive with your TG is also important (music, theatre, games, ...) so that you catch their attention.

To make a successfull process you should reconsider your resources before planning. You need to check your BUDGET and, if you don't have it, you should gain a sponsorship. After that, you need to find PEOPLE to work on your project, bearing in mind that they have to cooperate well! In order to be able to organize a project you need SPACE and EQUIPEMENT.

The cheapest way to make your project visible is to post the event on Social Media (FacebookInstagramTwitter…) where you can advertise your content for free. If you want a bigger audience you can publish your event on blogs and websites, but you need to keep in mind that it has a price. If you have the finantial possibilities, you can advertise your event on TV commercials. In that way you will reach the biggest audience, but you will spend the most of your budget.

If you want to advertise your event outside of digital media, you have a lot of options. Your can print flayers to give to the people or posters to put out in public. That will not be so expensive, but it will require more personal efforts. If you want to spend, more or less, the same amount of money but get closer to your target group, you should choose the option of infostand.The advantage of this kind of advertise is the direct contact with your target group. If a bigger audience is more important to you, and you have the budget, you should publish your project in newspapers and magazines. It is important that everything is well prepared before planning the activity of visibility.

4. Attitudes towards people

You need to be aware that without involving people your project won't be successfull: you need people! First of all, you should involve and let your own community participate because every organization needs to build its own base to be able to spread on the outside. But before including other people you should be the first one who belives in your ideas and in your project. Your personal motivation will be the engine that will move the whole project and you need to think outside the box to became the inspiration for others. It depends on you!
